Characteristics of hydroponic vegetables

2024-07-25 00:00:00
Characteristics of hydroponic vegetables:
1. The root system is mainly milky white capillary roots, which are used to absorb water and nutrients;
2. The root system adapts to the aquatic environment, and there are some aerial roots on the periphery to absorb oxygen;
3. The growth cycle is short and it is put on the market early.
Root treatment before hydroponic vegetables are planted:
When the vegetable seedlings grow to the planting period, after the seedlings are removed from the soil or soilless culture medium, they should not be planted directly in the cultivation container, but should be planted after special treatment. Specific treatment methods:
1. Wash the soil or other cultivation medium of the root system with clean water;
2. Cut off the old roots or dead roots, dead skin and excess lateral roots;
3. Soak the roots in hydroponic plant disinfectant for 15-20 minutes to sterilize, disinfect, and play a role in domestication.
4. After rinsing with clean water several times again, plant them in the cultivation container.
Nutrient solution:
Nutrient solution preparation is the core technology for the normal growth of hydroponic vegetables. It is also the basis and key of soilless cultivation. According to the demand for nutrients for plant growth, a solution prepared by dissolving a certain amount of fertilizer in water in an appropriate proportion is called nutrient solution. The success of hydroponics depends largely on whether the nutrient solution formula, concentration, ratio of various nutrient elements, pH, liquid temperature are appropriate, and whether the nutrient solution management during plant growth can meet the requirements of different growth stages. Only by adopting the correct formula, preparing and managing the nutrient solution in an appropriate way, and making the plants in the most suitable nutrient solution environment at any stage of growth and development, can the plants use more energy for growth, flowering, and fruiting, thereby obtaining fast, high-yield, and high-quality cultivation results.
Only by deeply understanding the composition principle of the nutrient solution, the law of change of the nutrient solution, and the regulation method can we truly master the essence of hydroponics. The configuration and management of nutrient solution is by no means a simple matter of mechanically taking the existing formula and dissolving several fertilizers in water like a prescription. Because different water quality, cultivation methods, climatic conditions, and cultivation periods have a great influence on the preparation and use of nutrient solution. Only by correctly and flexibly preparing and using nutrient solution and practicing seriously can we achieve success in cultivation.
Management of hydroponic vegetables
Take pipeline hydroponic vegetable production equipment as an example. Production management is mainly to adjust the supply time and frequency of nutrient solution. The supply time and frequency of nutrient solution are mainly determined by the cultivation form, vegetable growth status and environmental conditions. During the cultivation process, the solution should be supplied in time to ensure sufficient nutrient supply. The supply time is generally chosen during the day, and no or less supply is provided at night. More supply times are provided on sunny days, and less supply is provided on rainy days; more supply times are provided when the temperature is high and the light is strong, and less supply times are provided on the contrary. Under normal circumstances, the supply time is 2-4 times a day, and each time is within 30 minutes. This can be adjusted in time with a time controller.
The nutrient solution should be replaced in time after being used for a period of time. Because the nutrient solution will gradually accumulate too many substances that hinder plant growth during use, the nutrition is unbalanced, and the bacteria multiply in large numbers, resulting in the obstruction of root growth and even the death of the plant. Generally, for vegetables with a short growth cycle, the nutrient solution is replaced once per crop. For fruits and vegetables, the nutrient solution is replaced every 1-2 months.

Introduction to PVC pipe material
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a flame retardant material with good chemical stability and only produces low tensile internal force. At the same time, its material properties also include high strength, high stiffness and high hardness. The working temperature range is from -15 degrees to 60 degrees, and it can be bonded and welded.
Main characteristics of PVC: Strong corrosion resistance: Most suitable for anti-corrosion equipment in the chemical industry. Easy processing: Cutting, welding and bending are extremely simple. High strength, high stiffness and high hardness; good electrical insulation; good chemical stability; self-extinguishing; low water absorption; easy to bond and paint. Low price.
PVC application areas: acid test manufacturing tower, seawater concentration tank, photo processing equipment, electroplating tank, battery box, electric meter board, audio seat cover, radio base, various electrical insulation boards, cement tank lining, machine windshield, exhaust air duct engineering, stationery, building materials, etc.
